HACO Charcoal and Tempura Omakase
HACO presents a thoughtfully curated Omakase experience, reflecting our unique approach to Japanese cuisine.
Our omakase is built around the harmony of charcoal-grilled dishes and refined tempura, guided by seasonality, balance, and technique. Under the direction of Chef Ken, guests are taken on a 13-course journey showcasing premium seafood, seasonal vegetables, and carefully selected luxury ingredients at their peak.
Delicate tempura brings lightness and precision, while charcoal-grilled elements add depth, warmth, and aroma. Together, they create a balanced progression, served one dish at a time at the counter.
Dinner Omakase
Our Omakase is Available Tuesday to Saturday with two seatings:
6:00 PM & 8:00 PM
The menu takes approximately 1 hour and 30 to 45 minutes.
Price: $190 per person
(Inclusive of GST, exclusive of a 5% service surcharge)
Saturday Lunch Omakase – From 12 September
From Saturday, 12 September, HACO will also offer our full Omakase experience for Saturday lunch from 12:00 PM.
The Saturday lunch will feature the same 13-course Omakase menu as dinner, priced at $190 per person.
Please note that our casual Tempura Lunch Set will conclude on Saturday, 5 September. From 12 September onwards, Saturday lunch will be Omakase only.

🍶Sake vs 🍷Wine matching
Love sake and wine but prefer us to take the wheel?
Enjoy four expertly selected sake pairings (30ml each) and three carefully chosen wines (70ml each), thoughtfully matched to complement the progression of the omakase. Finish with a 30ml dessert sake for a memorable finale.
Eight curated glasses, 330ml of refined indulgence.

Booking can be made online using the booking widget. HACO Seasonal Tempura Omakase is priced at $190.00 per person excl.beverages.
Reservations are released 3 months in advance.
Please read our Terms & Conditions before booking.
We kindly ask guests to arrive 10 minutes early to their reservation. We are only able to hold your reservation for 20 MINUTES. Late arrivals thereafter will be forfeited without refund.
Note: A set 5% gratuity will be added to your final bill to assist our diligent team.Additionally, a 10% surcharge applies on Public Holiday. We thank you for supporting us by dining at our restaurant.

Group Bookings & Private Events at HACO
HACO is available for private events Tuesday to Saturday with two exclusive time slots:
🕕 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM
🕗 8:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Minimum spend: $2,500 per 2-hour session.
All course menus are subject to a 10% surcharge for private bookings.

- Standard Package ($80 per person) – Includes beer, white & red wine, and soft drinks.
- Premium Package ($150 per person) – Includes beer, white & red wine, champagne, sake, and more.

Booking & Cancellation Policy
💰 A $1,000 deposit is required to secure your booking only for private restaurant hire.
