Should your plans change, please let us know at least 48 hours before your reservation time. Changes or cancellations made within the 48-hour period will incur the full charge of the course per person ($180.00pp) booked.
Important Information Regarding Dietary Restrictions & Arrival
Dietary Restrictions Policy We are happy to accommodate specific, minor allergies whenever possible if notified in advance. However, please be advised that we are UNABLE to accommodate Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free (lactose intolerance), or Vegetarian requests due to the nature of our cuisine.
- Gluten: Our course includes Tempura, which requires wheat flour for the batter (approx. 25g per person). It is impossible to remove this completely.
- Dairy: Ingredients such as cream, butter, and cheese are frequently used in our sauces and preparations, even in small amounts.
- Religious Restrictions: Please inform us in advance of any religious dietary restrictions. Be aware that ingredients such as pork may be used in soup stocks (dashi) or bases, even if they are not listed on the menu.
Advance Notice Required We strictly cannot accommodate ingredient changes or allergy requests on the day of your visit. All dietary requirements must be communicated at the time of booking.
Note: As the menu changes seasonally, the usage of ingredients varies. If your dietary restrictions are extensive or cover a wide range of ingredients, we may effectively be unable to fulfill your request. In such cases, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation to ensure the integrity of the course.
Arrival & Cancellation Policy Traffic and parking in the city can be unpredictable. Please plan ahead to arrive 10 minutes prior to your reservation time.
Late arrivals exceeding this limit may be refused entry without a refund, as it disrupts the flow of the meal for other guests.
Reservations will be held for a maximum of 20 minutes from the scheduled session time.
In the case of illness or other unavoidable circumstances, we offer a one-time rescheduling option, even if the request is made within 48 hours of your booking time. A $180 per person rescheduling fee will apply at the time of rebooking, and this amount will be deducted from your final bill when you dine with us.
Please note that we are unable to accommodate rescheduling after the scheduled booking time has passed.

A set 5% gratuity will be added to your final bill to support our diligent team. A 15% surcharge applies on Public Holidays. Thank you sincerely for choosing to dine with us.
