HACO Charcoal and Tempura Omakase Dinner
HACO presents a single, thoughtfully curated Omakase menu for dinner, offering a dining experience that reflects our unique approach to Japanese cuisine.
Our omakase is built around the harmony of charcoal-grilled dishes and refined tempura, guided by seasonality, balance, and technique. Under the direction of Chef Ken, guests are taken on a 12-course journey showcasing premium seafood, vegetables, and carefully selected luxury ingredients at their peak.
Delicate tempura brings lightness and precision, while charcoal-grilled elements add depth, warmth, and aroma. Together, they create a progression that is expressive yet restrained an experience shaped at the counter, one dish at a time.
Lunch at HACO offers a more casual set menu and is not an omakase experience.
The full omakase unfolds over approximately 1 hour and 30 to 45 minutes, allowing guests to enjoy an immersive yet unhurried dining experience.

🍶Sake vs 🍷Wine matching
Love sake and wine but prefer us to take the wheel? Begin with a (60ml) glass of Champagne, followed by three rounds of expertly selected sake (30ml) and wine (70ml) pairings, thoughtfully matched to each course. Finish with a (30ml) dessert sake.Eight curated glasses, 390ml of refined indulgence.

Booking can be made online using the booking widget. HACO Seasonal Tempura Omakase is priced at $180.00 per person excl.beverages.
Reservations are released 3 months in advance.
Please read our Terms & Conditions before booking.
We kindly ask guests to arrive 10 minutes early to their reservation. We are only able to hold your reservation for 20 MINUTES. Late arrivals thereafter will be forfeited without refund.
Note: A set 5% gratuity will be added to your final bill to assist our diligent team.Additionally, a 10% surcharge applies on Public Holiday. We thank you for supporting us by dining at our restaurant.

Group Bookings & Private Events at HACO
HACO is available for private events Tuesday to Saturday with two exclusive time slots:
🕕 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM
🕗 8:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Minimum spend: $2,500 per 2-hour session.
All course menus are subject to a 10% surcharge for private bookings.

- Standard Package ($80 per person) – Includes beer, white & red wine, and soft drinks.
- Premium Package ($150 per person) – Includes beer, white & red wine, champagne, sake, and more.

Booking & Cancellation Policy
💰 A $1,000 deposit is required to secure your booking only for private restaurant hire.
